Lettieri, Chow, and Molotsky Present Webinars to Insurance Professionals

Last month, FHMS partners Frances Lettieri, Dennis Chow, and Allan Molotsky presented two webinars to insurance professionals.

The first webinar was given on December 15, 2020. Ms. Lettieri, Mr. Chow, and Mr. Molotsky presented the latest case law updates and discussed coverage litigation trends.

On December 16, 2020, Ms. Lettieri, Mr. Chow, and Mr. Molotsky gave an insightful webinar presentation on the evolution of contractual indemnification. They also discussed additional insured coverage under commercial general liability policies.
