Natasha Sawh is an associate attorney in the New Jersey office of Fowler Hirtzel McNulty and Spaulding. She focuses her practice on the defense of civil litigation matters involving commercial transportation, construction accidents, premises liability, wrongful death, and product liability.

Prior to joining FHMS, Ms. Sawh worked for a regional insurance defense firm in New Jersey where she represented employers, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators in workers’ compensation matters. Ms. Sawh was a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Haekyoung Suh, P.J.Ch. and the Honorable Patricia E. Carney, J.S.C. (ret.) at the Superior Court of New Jersey, Somerset/Hunterdon/Warren Vicinage. She also was a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Daniel D’Alessandro, J.S.C. (ret.), Superior Court of New Jersey, Hudson Vicinage.

Ms. Sawh earned her undergraduate degree in philosophy with a minor in political science from Rutgers University – Newark. Prior to law school, she worked as a paralegal at a law firm in Jersey City, New Jersey. In 2020, she graduated from New York Law School. During this time, she was awarded the Dean’s Leadership Council Scholarship, Faculty Scholarship, Hudson County Bar Foundation Scholarship, Robert and Jacqueline Raymond Donor Scholarship, Starr Foundation Donor Scholarship, and the Dean’s Leadership Graduation Award. While there, Ms. Natasha was a member of the Dispute Resolution Team and served as co-president of the Health Law Society. She was a finalist at the 2019 New York Law School Dispute Resolution Negotiation Competition and placed third at the 2020 NYSBA Mediation Competition for Best Mediation Statement.
