Chase B. Magaziner is an associate attorney in the Philadelphia office of Fowler Hirtzel McNulty and Spaulding, LLC. He concentrates his practice on the defense of premises liability, commercial transportation, construction injury, and construction defect matters. Prior to joining FHMS, Mr. Magaziner handled similar cases at another regional defense firm, acquiring significant experience in managing civil litigation cases from inception through trial. At FHMS, he regularly participates in highly complex post-accident investigations involving catastrophic construction and vehicle accidents and represents clients through all stages of litigation from pleadings through trial.
Prior to entering civil practice, Mr. Magaziner served as an Assistant District Attorney in Philadelphia. While there, he was a member of the trial division and handled hundreds of bench trials and several jury trials. In this role, he primarily investigated and prosecuted high-level drug traffickers and offenders of felonies and violent crimes.
Mr. Magaziner earned his undergraduate degrees in political science, international studies, and sociology from Pennsylvania State University. In 2015, he graduated from Villanova University School of Law.
Mr. Magaziner is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
