Joe Fowler speaks to Pennsylvania School Bus Association

Philadelphia based partner Joe Fowler presented to the Pennsylvania School Bus Association at their 2016 annual convention on June 28^th.   The presentation focused on the legal issues arising from serious commercial vehicle accidents and was titled From Collision to Decision. The seminar was held at the 7 Springs Mountain Resort from June 26^th to the 28^th.  The PSBA was founded in 1980 and consists of over 350 school bus contractors and industry partners who serve as strong advocates for school bus safety and the school bus contracting industry.
