Fowler Presents Webinar to Carolina Casualty Insurance Company
On Friday, December 4th, FHMS Partner Joseph Fowler participated in a live webinar presentation to commercial vehicle insurance company, Carolina Casualty.
Fowler was joined by six other members of the Gavel Network. The CLE-accredited webinar featured three sessions and ended with a trucking potpourri. Fowler, alongside Michael Hostetter of Nall & Miller, led the first session of the presentation. They discussed how to avoid liability when hiring independent contractors for transportation services.
Mr. Fowler is highly experienced in the defense and investigation of commercial vehicle accident cases for trucking companies and is routinely appointed as a defense arbitrator for numerous insurance carriers. He also regularly counsels national transportation companies to ensure that they are complying with regulations.
