Fowler Presents at Transportation and Liquor Liability Seminars

Joseph Fowler, joined by Liz Loperfido and Gracemarie Mende, presented at the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance (CLM) Spotlight: Transportation seminar. His panel, Immediate Response and Accident Investigation: Why it Matters, addressed post-accident procedures and how post-accident investigations can preserve critical information, avoid spoilation, and put a company in a favorable position to have an early decision point. The presentation addressed procedures, strategies, and the value of retaining an attorney.

Additionally, Fowler will be joined by Howard Beck, Chief Underwriting Officer from ICC, at the Illinois Casualty Company (ICC)’s Liquor Liability seminar in Pittsburgh on July 26th. His panel, Understanding Liquor Liability Exposures and Coverages, explains “Dram Shop” Laws and related Pennsylvania statues, as well as liquor liability policy traps and how to avoid them. The seminar will be attended by insurance agents from across the state.
