Olivia Issertell is an associate in the Philadelphia office of Fowler, Hirtzel, McNulty, & Spaulding, LLC. She focuses her practice on the defense of civil litigation matters involving commercial transportation, construction accidents, personal injury, and premises liability.
Olivia earned her undergraduate degrees in Philosophy and Political Science from the University of Pittsburgh in 2017. In 2020, Olivia graduated from the University of Miami School of Law. While in law school, Olivia participated in Miami Law’s trial advocacy team and served as a Certified Legal Intern at the Miami-Dade Public Defender’s Office.
Prior to joining FHMS, Olivia worked for a general litigation firm, handling a wide range of cases including personal injury, workers’ compensation, real estate transactions, family law, and criminal defense. Before entering civil practice, Olivia served as an Assistant Public Defender at the Miami-Dade Public Defender’s Office as a member of the felony trial division, handling hundreds of cases from beginning to resolution, including jury trials.
Olivia is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and Florida.
