Myasia Cummings is an Associate in the Philadelphia office of Fowler, Hirtzel, McNulty & Spaulding, LLC. She focuses her practice on the defense of civil litigation matters. Myasia concentrates her practice on the defense of civil litigation matters involving premises liability, construction litigation, and transportation matters.
Myasia earned her undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice from John Jay College of Criminal Justice. She graduated cum laude from Widener University Delaware Law School in May 2025. While in law school, Myasia was a member of the Widener Law Review, where she served as both a Staff Writer and Research Editor. She also participated in the Delaware Civil Law Clinic as a Certified Legal Intern where she handled protection from abuse matters. Prior to joining the firm, Myasia worked at a civil defense firm handling workers’ compensation matters.
