Mike Lynn is an associate attorney in the Philadelphia office of Fowler Hirtzel McNulty & Spaulding. He focuses his practice on the defense of civil litigation matters involving commercial transportation, construction accidents, and premises liability matters. Prior to joining FHMS, Mr. Lynn was a law clerk for the Honorable Scott P. Bittner, P.J. at the Somerset County Court of Common Pleas. Mr. Lynn was involved in various medical malpractice and premises liability matters during his time there.
Mr. Lynn earned his undergraduate degree in political science from Penn State University. He then went on to earn his law degree from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law. After law school and prior to practicing, Mr. Lynn earned a graduate degree in political science where he specialized in American judicial politics and political methodology from Penn State. While there Mr. Lynn conducted research into prosecutorial misconduct, racial bias in jury selection, and lead undergraduate lectures on topics of the American judiciary, the American judicial process, and constitutional law.
