Michael Foster is an associate attorney in the firm’s New Jersey office. Michael’s practice is focused on automobile accidents, premises liability, construction accidents and other personal injury or property damage incidents. He also handles some coverage matters for the Firm.
Prior to joining the firm, Michael had extensive experience in insurance defense litigation, commercial litigation and transactions, and regulatory advising.
Michael obtained his undergraduate degree in English from Rutgers University in 2013. After working in the field of legal marketing, he attended Rutgers Law School in 2017, where he graduated in 2020. Prior to his time in litigation, Michael served as a judicial clerk at Burlington County Superior Court.
