Eugene R. Setar, Jr. is an associate in the Allentown office of Fowler Hirtzel McNulty and Spaulding. Prior to joining FHMS, Mr. Setar served as a law clerk to the Honorable Raymond F. McHugh in the Bucks County Court of Common Pleas. Mr. Setar earned his undergraduate degree in Criminology with a minor in Economics from Penn State University. In 2020, Mr. Setar graduated from Drexel University’s Thomas R. Kline School of Law. Mr. Setar has interned for the Bucks County District Attorney’s Office and the Bucks County Public Defender’s Office as a Certified Legal Intern. He then completed his externship at a private criminal defense and Plaintiff’s personal injury firm.
