Andrew R. Kasian is an associate attorney in the Philadelphia office of Fowler Hirtzel McNulty & Spaulding, LLC. He concentrates his practice on the defense of commercial transportation, premises liability, products liability, and construction litigation matters. His work includes conducting initial fact investigation, performing legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, engaging in the various aspects of the discovery process, and assisting with preparation for trial

In 2020, Andrew earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania, majoring in economics as well as history. He went on to obtain his law degree from the James E. Beasley School of Law of Temple University in 2024. While in law school, Andrew merited Dean’s List Honors on multiple occasions and participated in Temple’s renowned trial advocacy program.

Beginning in college and continuing throughout law school, Andrew worked with two highly respected trial attorneys in the field of plaintiffs’ personal injury. During that time, he was involved with motor vehicle, premises liability, liquor liability, dog bite, and other negligence claims, and gained valuable insight into the plaintiffs’ side of personal injury litigation. Andrew now leverages that extensive experience to better serve and advise the firm’s clients.

Andrew is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
