Alan J. Reyderman is an associate attorney in the Philadelphia office of Fowler Hirtzel McNulty & Spaulding, LLC. He concentrates his practice on the defense of commercial transportation, premises liability, products liability, and construction litigation matters. His work includes conducting initial fact investigation, performing legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, engaging in the various aspects of the discovery process, and assisting with preparation for trial. In addition, Alan is a child advocate/guardian ad litem who represents children who have experienced abuse or neglect by securing social services, finding alternative homes, and helping them testify in court.
In 2016, Alan earned a B.S. in Neuroscience and Neurobiology from Pennsylvania State University. He then went on to obtain his J.D. from Rutgers Law School in 2021. Prior to joining the firm, Alan worked for a civil defense firm, plaintiff’s firm, and clerked for the Hon. Gwendolyn Bright in the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas.
Alan is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the State of New Jersey.
