Helen Hale-Mowry is an Associate in the Philadelphia office of Fowler, Hirtzel, McNulty & Spaulding, LLC. She concentrates her practice on the defense of civil litigation matters involving premises liability, construction litigation, and transportation matters. Helen earned her undergraduate degrees in political science and philosophy from the University of Delaware. She graduated from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law in May 2026. While in law school, Helen was a member of the Environmental Law Journal, where she served as both a Staff Writer and as Editor-in-Chief.
