Hadley E. Starr is an associate in the Philadelphia office of Fowler Hirtzel McNulty & Spaulding. Her practice focuses on civil defense litigation, including matters involving commercial transportation, premises liability, and construction.
In 2022, Hadley earned her B.A. from Dickinson College, majoring in International Studies and minoring in French. While at Dickinson, she competed on the varsity swim team. She earned her J.D. from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law in May 2026. During her second year of law school, Hadley served as a Staff Writer for the Jeffrey S. Moorad Sports Law Journal and later served as the Journal’s Production Editor during her third year. She was also a member of the Scarpa Corporate Negotiation Team and participated in the Farmworker Legal Aid Clinic as a Certified Legal Intern.
Hadley is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
