Samuel A. Garson is a partner in the Philadelphia office of Fowler Hirtzel McNulty & Spaulding, LLC. He focuses his practice on the defense of civil litigation matters involving commercial transportation, construction accidents, premises liability, and product liability.
Prior to joining FHMS, Mr. Garson worked for a Philadelphia defense firm handling a broad range of cases including: toxic tort, products liability, premises liability, general liability, and construction defect matters. His experience includes representing clients through all stages of litigation from pleadings through trial and appeal.
Mr. Garson is a 2017 graduate of Temple University’s James E. Beasley School of Law. While in law school, Mr. Garson participated in Temple Law’s renowned trial advocacy program. He also served as a legal intern for the City of Philadelphia Law Department’s Civil Rights Unit.
