Joe Fowler and Jacqueline Campbell Receives The Golden Gavel

Westfield Insurance recognized Joe Fowler and Jacqueline Campbell with their Golden Gavel Award. They showed recognition to Joe and Jacqueline’s success in a lawsuit that was handled on Westfield’s behalf in Philadelphia County. This lawsuit consisted of the Plaintiff sustaining permanent injuries from a tractor that he hot-wired running over his foot. There were claims of negligent, product liability and breach of warranty incited on the defendants. Joe and Jacqueline were able to acquire a dismissal of the product liability and warranty claims for their clients and accordingly, they obtained a defense verdict in this matter, which held an 18-million-dollar demand.
