Lisa Prince is a partner in the Philadelphia office of Fowler Hirtzel McNulty & Spaulding. She is an experienced litigator who handles cases based in premises liability, construction accident and commercial transportation.
Ms. Prince handles all aspects of litigation including trial, arbitration, mediation and alternative dispute resolution. She manages and oversees discovery and provides analysis of key case issues, including liability exposure, contract evaluation, tender of defense issues and case value. She also provides training in file handling for associates of the firm.
Prior to joining FHMS, Ms. Prince worked for several regional insurance defense firms. Her case load included casualty litigation as well as the defense of medical malpractice and medical device claims.
Ms. Prince has spoken on personal injury topics, most recently at the Dispute Resolution Institute’s annual Personal Injury Potpourri. She also served as an adjunct professor at Manor College, teaching a paralegal class made up primarily of aspiring nurse paralegals.
Long a supporter of pro bono efforts, Lisa has been a volunteer child advocate for the Support Center for Child Advocates for more than a decade. She chairs the firm’s Pro Bono committee.
Ms. Prince lives in suburban Philadelphia, with her husband, two sons and their Australian Shepherd.
