Elizabeth A. Borrelle is a partner in the Philadelphia office of Fowler Hirtzel McNulty & Spaulding. Her practice includes the defense of complex casualty litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Borrelle worked in a regional firm in Philadelphia where she focused her practice on premises liability, motor vehicle accidents, insurance coverage and risk transfer, as well as insurance subrogation. In her practice, Ms. Borrelle works to leverage risk transfer opportunities to obtain early, cost-effective outcomes for her clients. Throughout her career, Ms. Borrelle has tried several cases at arbitration and trial. She also serves as a certified arbitrator for the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas.
Ms. Borrelle previously served as a state prosecutor in Miami, Florida, where she prosecuted thousands of crimes ranging from misdemeanors to second degree felonies. During that time, she tried dozens of cases, serving as first chair on approximately twenty trials.
