Need to stretch and unwind? Join FHMS with our virtual yoga class by Lisa O’Rear from the comfort of your home. For those who do not know Lisa, she was a paralegal at FHMS and she brings excitement, energy and balance to all of her classes.

This no judgment class is for all levels and allows for relaxation, strengthening, and connection in a time of social distancing. We have all been busy adapting to the “stay at home” orders and watching our home and work lives collide. We have all been praying for the health and safety of our clients, their families, and those on the frontline. Let’s use this time to push pause and take a minute to stretch and challenge our body and mind. You might even sweat and smile a little.

More about Lisa O’Rear: Lisa began practicing yoga in 2009 and has completed more than 800 hours of teacher training. Through alignment, she challenges students to realize both their inner and outer strength. For more information about Lisa, visit: www.lisaorear.com
