Matthew Vodzak Presents Webinar on COVID-19 and Liability Waivers

On June 30, 2020, Partner Matthew Vodzak and Bryan Schwartz of Odell Studner Group, LLC presented a lunchtime webinar on COVID-19 and liability waivers. The presentation provided an overview of Pennsylvania and New Jersey law regarding pre-injury liability waivers and how courts might evaluate them. The use of pre-injury liability waivers is an emerging trend in light of the potential liability businesses and organizations face from COVID-19 exposure claims.

Need to stretch and unwind? Join FHMS with our virtual yoga class by Lisa O’Rear from the comfort of your home. For those who do not know Lisa, she was a paralegal at FHMS and she brings excitement, energy and balance to all of her classes.

This no judgment class is for all levels and allows for relaxation, strengthening, and connection in a time of social distancing. We have all been busy adapting to the “stay at home” orders and watching our home and work lives collide. We have all been praying for the health and safety of our clients, their families, and those on the frontline. Let’s use this time to push pause and take a minute to stretch and challenge our body and mind. You might even sweat and smile a little.
