Sean M. McBratnie is an associate of the New Jersey office of Fowler Hirtzel McNulty & Spaulding, wherein he handles a spectrum of casualty matters, including commercial transportation, premises liability, and construction accident. Mr. McBratnie provides legal counsel and guidance to a variety of insurance carriers and the diverse companies and individuals they insure and helps them navigate through an ever-changing legal landscape and world.

Prior to joining Fowler Hirtzel McNulty & Spaulding, Mr. McBratnie defended both private and public institutions and was also a part of a litigation team that primarily focused on defending premises liability claims and employment claims for a variety of businesses. During this time Mr. McBratnie took an active role in the court room appearing at various hearings, conferences, depositions, and mediations. Mr. McBratnie also helped clients navigate through various commercial transactions and ensure businesses were complaint with the law.

Mr. McBratnie received his Bachelor of Arts in English and Philosophy from Furman University in 2015. Subsequently, Mr. McBratnie began his legal studies and graduated from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law in 2018. In law school Mr. McBratnie had the invaluable opportunity to clerk for two judges that preside in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas. There, Mr. McBratnie received a behind the scenes experience wherein he learned the process judges go through when determining their decisions, and how claims are properly adjudicated before a court.

Mr. McBratnie is a member of good standing for both the New Jersey and Pennsylvania bars. He enjoys attending / hosting gatherings of family and friends, and of course trips to the Jersey shore where he enjoys reading on the beach.
