Patrick Brennan is an associate in Fowler Hirtzel McNulty & Spaulding’s Philadelphia office. He assists in the development of the defense of civil litigation cases in the areas of commercial transportation, construction accident, premises liability and product liability.
Prior to joining FHMS, Mr. Brennan served as a Compliance Officer for the Montgomery County Domestic Relations Unit (MCDR). His role included a wide range of tasks, including drafting recommendations and civil contempt orders for Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas Family Court judges. He was also in charge of running the Expedited Contempt and Incarceration Program for the MCDR and assisted the Domestic Relations Solicitor in contempt cases. As part of that function, he assisted in presenting cases in Montgomery County courts.
Mr. Brennan received his Bachelor Arts degree from Temple University and received his Juris Doctor from the Widener University Delaware Law School in May of 2019.
