Matthew Bonner is an associate in the Philadelphia office of Fowler Hirtzel McNulty & Spaulding. He defends commercial transportation, construction accident, premises liability, and product liability cases.
Prior to joining FHMS, Mr. Bonner was a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Frederica A. Massiah-Jackson (Ret.), Court of Common Pleas for the 1st Judicial District. As a judicial law clerk, he assisted with trials and drafted briefs for judicial opinions. Mr. Bonner was also a law clerk for a cybersecurity and data privacy law firm and two law firms where he assisted in the litigation of medical malpractice and commercial litigation cases.
Mr. Bonner graduated with a degree in International Politics from Pennsylvania State University in 2016 and received his law degree from Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law in 2019. While in law school, he was an Internal Competition Quarter Finalist for the Moot Court Board and was a New York Regionals Quarter Finalist in the Jessup Moot Court Competition. Mr. Bonner was the co-founder of Drexel’s Center for Compliance and Cybersecurity and coached Philadelphia high school students for the National Marshall Brennan Moot Court Competition.
Mr. Bonner is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania.
