Justin Boehret is an associate in Fowler Hirtzel McNulty & Spaulding’s Allentown office.
Mr. Boehret is a seasoned trial attorney with a variety of litigation experience. He served an assistant district attorney in the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office. He litigated numerous criminal cases before juries and judges of Montgomery County, ranging from non-violent misdemeanor charges to violent felony charges including Homicide. Mr. Boehret was assigned to the economic crimes unit and the narcotics unit, where he acquired the knowledge and skills necessary to litigate a wide range of criminal offenses. Later, Mr. Boehret was assigned to the firearms unit, where he was responsible for prosecuting violations of the Uniform Firearms Act, as well as violent criminal offenses involving the use of firearms such as kidnapping, robbery, and aggravated assault. He was also cross-designated as a Special Assistant United States Attorney, where he was responsible for prosecuting violations of federal law in the United State District Court of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
Mr. Boehret subsequently also gained significant civil experience while working in a Montgomery County firm where he handled cases involving a broad range of civil, zoning and business matters. He is a lifelong resident of Montgomery County, and currently resides in Perkiomenville.
