Joshua (Josh) Levy is an associate in the New Jersey office of Fowler, Hirtzel, McNulty & Spaulding LLC. Josh concentrates his practice in the defense of commercial motor vehicle accidents, premises liability matters, products liability cases and other areas of general liability.
Josh earned his bachelor’s degree in public policy from Rutgers University’s Edward J. Bloustein School of Public Policy and Planning in 2018. During his undergraduate years, he worked for a national nonprofit focusing on public policy. Josh received his J.D. from Rutgers Law School Newark in 2023. At Rutgers Law School, he was a Managing Notes Editor for the Rutgers Journal of Law & Public Policy and was a part of the Child Advocacy Clinic. Josh has previously interned for the Hon. Lisa F. Chrystal, P.J.F.P. (ret.) and the U.S. Attorney’s Office- District of New Jersey. Prior to joining the firm, Josh was a law clerk for the Hon. Russell J. Passamano, J.S.C. in the Superior Court of New Jersey- Essex Vicinage.
