Joseph Kemmerling is an associate in the Allentown Office of Fowler Hirtzel McNulty and Spaulding. Prior to joining FHMS, Joseph practiced family law and civil litigation. Mr. Kemmerling earned his undergraduate degree in Global Legal Studies from Arcadia University in 2016. In 2019, Mr. Kemmerling graduated from Stetson University College of Law cum laude. At Stetson Law, Mr. Kemmerling was a member of the moot court board. He also interned for the Honorable James D. Whittemore of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida and was a certified legal intern for the State Attorney for the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in Florida and the Chester County District Attorney’s Office in Pennsylvania.
