Jonathan P. Fedors is an associate attorney in the Philadelphia office of Fowler Hirtzel McNulty & Spaulding. He focuses his practice on the defense of civil litigation matters involving personal injury, premises liability, and commercial transportation.
Prior to joining FHMS, Mr. Fedors worked as an Assistant District Attorney in the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office, handling cases in the Municipal Court, Diversion, and Federal Litigation Units. Mr. Fedors earned his undergraduate degree in English and Philosophy from New York University and his doctorate in English from the University of Pennsylvania. Before law school, Mr. Fedors taught writing and rhetoric at the university level at institutions including The Pennsylvania State University.
In 2022, Mr. Fedors graduated magna cum laude from Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law. While in law school, he participated in Temple Law’s integrated trial advocacy program and interned with the City of Philadelphia Law Department Tort Litigation Unit and Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General Appellate Litigation Section. He also served as staff editor for the Temple Law Review, which then selected his student comment for publication. That comment went on to receive the Law360 Burton Award for Distinguished Legal Writing by a law school student, one of fifteen publications recognized nationally.
