Jill B. Fitzgerald is an associate attorney in the firm’s Insurance Coverage and Bad Faith Department.

Prior to joining FHMS, Ms. Fitzgerald worked as in-house litigation counsel for one of the ten largest U.S. auto insurance companies, handling a broad range of Personal Injury Protection and Bodily Injury matters, as well as inter-company arbitrations. Over the course of her career, Ms. Fitzgerald has represented clients throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey in a variety of litigation matters.

Ms. Fitzgerald served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Paula T. Dow, P.J.Ch. of the New Jersey Superior Court, Burlington Vicinage, during the 2016 – 2017 term. She is a 2016 graduate of the Drexel University School of Law, where she served on the Drexel Law Review Executive Board as the Research and Production Editor.
