Fowler Hirtzel McNulty & Spaulding Add Insurance Coverage Practice

Longtime Post & Schell partner Allan Molotsky has agreed to join the Philadelphia office of Fowler Hirtzel McNulty & Spaulding to head its new Insurance Coverage & Bad Faith group. Molotsky will be joined by former Post & Schell senior associate Fran Lettieri as well as associate Dennis Chow.

Molotsky brings to FHMS over 35 years of experience representing insurers in all aspects of insurance coverage analysis on a wide array of insurance coverage topics, including coverage opinions and coverage litigation in both Federal and State, trial and appellate Courts. He has more than 80 reported decisions to his credit. He provides opinion and analysis on complex coverage issues arising in the construction and trucking industries, including risk transfer and has analyzed the applicability of coverage under Commercial, Personal, Auto and General Liability policies against the backdrop of countless different factual allegations.

Joe Fowler, managing partner of FHMS, believes the addition of Molotsky and his team will bring added scope and depth to the firm. “We handle a large number of cases, particularly in transportation and construction that have coverage issues. The addition of The Insurance Coverage Team brings the firm to 20 lawyers as it begins its second year of practice.
