FHMS Attorneys Fran O’Neill and Mariel Marsh Present on Attorney-Guided Accident Investigations

FHMS attorneys Fran O’Neill and Mariel Marsh recently presented a seminar on attorney-guided accident investigations. The seminar was sponsored by Fundamental Labor Strategies, Inc.

The seminar focused on methods to gather valuable evidence in a privileged and effective manner following catastrophic accidents. Particularly, conducting investigations and developing investigation policies which inform early decision making without creating inadvertent damaging and discoverable admissions of liability. Attendees also learned about developments in investigative technology, including the use of three dimensional scanning techniques, data downloads and other methods to gather evidence promptly and cost efficiently.
