We have implemented a collaborative quality program. 30 days after a file opens, one of our senior trial counsel reviews the case with the handling attorney. Our team then discusses individualized resolution strategies that make sense for that case. Finally, the resolution strategy is regularly reviewed as the file progress dictates. This collaboration, all done at firm expense, strengthens our focus on determining the appropriate resolution strategies for each case.
