FHMS Adds New Jersey Office

Fowler Hirtzel McNulty & Spaulding has added  four New Jersey based lawyers and will open an office in  New Jersey. Former Post & Schell partners Jay Gebauer and Lee Eckell , as well as associates Quinn McCusker and  Kyle Heisner will staff the newly formed FHMS office, which will be located in Mount Laurel. They will continue to represent clients throughout the Garden State in the defense of casualty and professional liability matters.

Gebauer has over 30 years of experience in representing clients in casualty and professional liability cases. He has taken over 60 cases to verdict in federal and state courts in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and New York. Eckell has over 15 years of experience  and has a robust practice representing clients in construction defect, construction accident, transportation, products liability and premises matters.

Joe Fowler, managing partner of FHMS, is excited about the addition of the New Jersey Lawyers. ” This addition is a home run from both a professional and personal perspective. Many of our clients have significant business needs that cross the bridges between New Jersey and Pennsylvania.  The addition of a talented and veteran group of lawyers will dramatically increase our ability to serve our mutual clients and grow the practice in all of our offices. This group knows the New Jersey bench, bar and practice from their years of experience working in the state.  From a cultural standpoint, adding people with whom many of us have had long term personal and professional relationships is an important bonus.”

Fowler Hirtzel McNulty & Spaulding was founded in 2014 and maintains offices in Philadelphia, Allentown, Lancaster and, soon,  Mount Laurel,  New Jersey.
