Coverage Group Presents to Erie Insurance

The FHMS Insurance Coverage group presented a seminar entitled Transference of Liability and Risk Management on June 15^th, 2016 at the Erie Insurance Allentown office. Department Chair Allan Molotsky, as well as department members Fran Lettieri and Dennis Chow presented, while Lancaster office partner Greg Hirtzel served as moderator.  The program was designed to provide practical guidelines for construing indemnification provisions as well as additional insured endorsements.
