Practicing Law Differently
Fowler Hirtzel McNulty & Spaulding is committed to practicing law differently. We work with our clients in a team based approach, aiming for a prompt and fair case resolution. We don’t want our lawyers to handle files in a rote manner. At FHMS, we promote and reward aggressive and creative file handling. Our clients want us to deliver on our Better, Faster promise. We expect the same.
So, if you’d like to join a firm that focuses on the “Why” of a case, instead of walking through a programmed set of steps, please contact us and see the difference.
We also welcome the opportunity to meet with lateral applicants. We believe in our practice model of seeking the solution that’s right for each case, whether that resolution be trial, risk transfer or settlement. The FHMS philosophy rewards those who serve their clients by getting to the root of the problem quickly and efficiently. For those with their own book of business, the opportunity to join a firm dedicated to reducing client stress is rewarding and liberating.
We believe in opportunity. Those who accept the Better, Faster model and embrace early and fair case resolutions will be rewarded with career progress and increased responsibility. FHMS also functions under a team approach. Paralegals and administrative staff will have the chance to make real differences in cases. Our goal is client service and everyone is a part of the effort.
