Justin Van Dyke is a commercial litigator with more than a decade of experience. He has significant first and second chair trial experience in complex product liability, professional liability and personal injury cases. He has handled a wide variety of matters from inception through trial. Justin also has handled numerous mediations and arbitrations which have led to favorable resolutions for his clients.
At Fowler Hirtzel McNulty & Spaulding, Mr. Van Dyke is responsible for the management of significant commercial vehicle, construction accident, product liability, and premises cases. His clients include insured and self-insured entities from a variety of industries.
Mr. Van Dyke also has deep and varied experience in litigation related to insurance subrogation recovery, insurance coverage, breach of contract, and extra-contractual liability. He has presented seminars regarding best practices in property file handling and current trends in litigation.
Prior to joining FHMS, Mr. Van Dyke worked in regional firms in North Jersey and Pennsylvania, representing both defendants and plaintiffs. After graduation from law school, he served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Charlie A. Little, who served in the Superior Court of New Jersey for Burlington County.
Mr. Van Dyke is a graduate of Rollins College, where he was a member of the varsity rowing team. He received his Juris Doctor from the Rutgers School of Law, where he was a member and teacher’s assistant for the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Team.
Mr. Van Dyke currently resides in Philadelphia and enjoys exploring the city in his free time.
