Alexander N. Levin is an associate in Fowler Hirtzel McNulty & Spaulding’s New Jersey Office.
Prior to joining FHMS, Mr. Levin was an Assistant Prosecutor at the Camden County Prosecutor’s Office where he maintained an active case load and trial practice. He represented the State of New Jersey in a variety of criminal prosecutions, including a double shooting between rival gang members. Mr. Levin also has significant appellate experience in that he developed, drafted and argued appellate arguments on issues covering a broad range of topics.
Mr. Levin also served as law clerk for the Honorable Michael J. Kassel, J.S.C. of the Criminal/Civil Division of the Superior Court. He worked closely with Judge Kassel on various issues in criminal and civil law, many of them involving unique issues of law. Mr. Levin also mediated cases in special civil including landlord/tenant and small class court matters.
At FHMS, Mr. Levin assists with discovery and pleadings in a broad range of casualty matters, including premises, commercial transportation, construction defect and construction accident cases.
